Пнули меня сегодня, что дескать вода плохо в умывальнике сливается. Таки да. Полчаса (без преувеличения) промучался с прочисткой труб (сколько же там дерьма скопилось-то!). Теперь я понимаю несколько сниженную цену ренты - "бачили очі, що купували". Зато самому приятно.

Интересно, как поступают обычно в таких случаях в арендованной хате?

P.S. В рамках кризиса я смогу всегда найти работу с такими-то навыками! :))

Someone asked me about inconvenient speed of water flow through sink. I spent half an hour to clean pipes and other related stuff (a much shit was collected there). Now I understand why the rent price was not so high - I saw what I'm buying. However, me happy.

Interesting, what should tenant usually do in such cases?

P.S. In crisis time I always can find job with my skills. :-))

В арендованную хату можно позвать talonmies, а можно и просто залить putkimies и поковыряться тонкой вязальной спицей :)

I don't know what the others replied, but you could have called to huoltoyhtiö (the maintenance company, which phone number etc is usually mentioned in the hall or somewhere). Huoltoyhtiö is the one, which takes care of those kind of situations. :)
